Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at URB X GEAR. If you wish to return an item, the following return policy applies:

• You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason.

• You must notify us of your decision within this period by contacting: contact@urb-x-gear.com

Conditions

• You may unpack and inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store.

• The item must be returned undamaged.

• Where possible, we kindly ask you to return the item in its original packaging to prevent transport damage.

• Items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.

Costs

• The cost of returning the order is borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

• In the event of a defect or an error on our part, we will fully reimburse the return shipping costs.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, or after you have provided proof that the item has been returned, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
